Shipping & Returns

Every piece is handmade with care and wish for all our customers to received high-quality products as intended. If the product you receive is incorrect, please contact us with as much detail as possible and include a picture and order number.

As much as we love creating these pieces, we want you to be completely satisfied so if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we can offer an exchange or issue a store credit provided the product is returned in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase, is unworn and in its original condition with receipt.

For orders made in December, we offer a size exchange extension until the 15th January. Please note that we cannot offer an exchange or refund for change of mind on any sale items.

Custom rings, personalised jewellery and Special Orders are made to order and so therefore, exchanges and refunds are not offered for change of mind.

Once your product has been received, we will be able to replace the product with a new one, issue a store credit or if the item is faulty upon receipt or unable to be replaced, we will refund the value of the product, minus freight costs.

Arrangement of returns is the responsibility of the buyer until the product reaches the studio. So please make sure the return is packaged safely to prevent any damage to the item.

Australia Wide 

Shipping within Australia are all made with Australia Post taking 2 -5 business days and will include tracking and signature on delivery. 

  • Domestic Shipping (2-5 Business Days): $15

Please note: Due to the current pandemic, estimated delivery times may vary and take a little longer.

International 

Aakela ships internationally to New Zealand, EU, Singapore, Japan, Canada and US taking 7 – 14 business days and will include tracking and signature on delivery. Express delivery is also available on request, please contact us to receive a quote for shipping costs. 

A few things to note: 

  • We do not deliver to international PO Box addresses.  

  • Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other applicable fees which may be imposed. It is the responsibility of the customer so please check with your local customs office for further information. 

  • If you require international delivery outside of the above mentioned locations, please contact us to receive a shipment quote.
